Gulf State Park Beach Pavilion Wedding Approved

We have a set beach wedding location right behind the Gulf State Park pavilion on the beach. This is a great location that is close to the Pavilion and restrooms. We have many different wedding packages to pick from bamboo wedding arch and flower setups for your beach wedding. Officiant and Photography.

GENERAL RULES

A permit is required for all beach weddings at any Gulf State Park location. The cost is $150 and can be obtained up until a week before the ceremony. As your wedding provider, Sun Coast Beach Weddings will obtain the permit for your wedding after you make the $150 payment to us. The State Park is unable to process last-minute permits so please plan ahead. The Gulf State Park Locations are different from the Gulf Shores beach and other beach locations that do not require a special permit. It can be a little confusing just give us a call we are here to help with all your wedding needs.

We come to your location at a rented beach home, behind a hotel or condo on the beach, Beach access area or inland location. Or at our Gulf State Park, assigned beach area by the pavilion we are an approved state park wedding provider.

Wedding Ceremonies

Religious and Non-Religious Wedding Ceremonies for all couples seven days a week year round. If you Are you getting married on the coast of Alabama or Florida panhandle give us a call 1 352-9112 professional wedding service. Starting at $200 and up. Many wedding setups to pick from with flowers and decorations.

Full Beach Wedding Setups

We offer full Gulf Shores beach wedding packages from small to large with bamboo wedding arch with many flowers colors to pick from. Our bamboo arch can be decorated in many ways with colored fabric, flowers, and greens.  We also have our Towers Of Love package, Heart In the sand and Two hearts united package. Flower colors include Tropical, White, Pink and white, Purple and red roses.

 

Marriage License & State Park

For your wedding, you will need an Alabama or Florida marriage license based on the state you will be in. You can see the license information Here. If you want to have your wedding at the Alabama Gulf state park there is a $150 wedding permit fee you pay to use and then we will acquire the permit for you. We are a Gulf Shores state park approved wedding service provider. We have a set beach area just for our weddings at the state park close to the restrooms.

Alabama & Florida Wedding Locations

In Alabama, If you are having your wedding at a rented beach house, hotel or condo you do not need a state park wedding permit as that is not part of the state park beach area. But you will need to get permission from the location to have your wedding on the beach there. In summer they may have many weddings going on in the same day and time.

Town areas we cover include Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fort Morgan, Foley and all of Baldwin County Alabama. In Florida, we cover Perdido Key and Pensacola Florida

Wedding Packages can include the beach wedding sand ceremony & professional wedding photography.

Beach Wedding Sand Unity Ceremony

The sand unity ceremony is a replacement for the traditional candle lighting you would see at a church wedding. On the beach, we do have some wind so candles will not stay lit so we use colored sand. The sand ceremony is a Beautifull part of a beach wedding that the bride and groom pore colored sand into a heart-shaped container blending the sand into one. We bring out a specially decorated table and the sand colors you pick and all the containers for the service. After the wedding, you keep and take home your blended sand container symbolizing your joining as one in marriage. Add the sand ceremony to any package and pick from the many different sand colors to blend your own colors.

Beach Wedding Photography

Wedding photography no wedding would be complete without amazing photos to capture the day to look back on. You can add on our wedding photography to any of our packages. This includes up to an hour of time and covers the guest arriving, the wedding service, after wedding group and family photos and the bride and groom photos with a lot of fun photos. We will edit your photos and post them in your own online gallery create for you. From within your gallery, you can view, order prints, share on social media any images you want and download all the high-resolution images to make your own prints. We include print rights for making your own prints. We have no set amount of photos we take we take as many as we need to get everything covered within the time frame of your wedding.
